As the electoral fervor intensifies with the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 drawing closer, political activity surges in Bastar, Chhattisgarh. Constituency 10 Bastar (Ajja) witnesses a flurry of nomination filings as 12 candidates step up to contest for parliamentary representation.

By the deadline of March 27, 2024, a total of 18 nomination papers have been submitted by the aspiring candidates vying for the opportunity to represent the people of Bastar in the Lok Sabha. With the nomination process complete, the stage is set for the scrutiny of the filed nomination papers, scheduled to take place on March 28, 2024.

Following the scrutiny, candidates will have until March 30, 2024, to withdraw their nominations if they choose to do so. This period allows candidates to reassess their strategies and evaluate their chances of success in the electoral arena.
