Hollywood funnyman, Rob Schneider and his TV producer wife, Patricia have filed for divorce, thus pulling the plug on their fifteen year marriage. According to reports, Patricia Schneider, a Mexican actress and producer, filed to divorce Rob. The divorce proceedings were formally initiated on December 8, 2025, in the Family Court of Northeast Arizona in Maricopa County, where Patricia is listed as the petitioner and Rob as the defendant, documents obtained by Spanish news outlet TV Y Novelas confirm. The couple is parents to two minor daughters Miranda Scarlett and Madeline Robbie.

In her filing, Patricia reportedly stated that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” with no possibility of reconciliation. She also indicated that the couple is in the process of negotiating responsibilities, parenting time and child support, and will enter into a written agreement.

Trouble in paradise

The outlet added that everything seemed fine in the couple’s marriage; however, things took an unexpected turn amid ‘rumours of insanity, power struggles, and a marriage that was no longer safe for their daughters’. Schneider has reportedly formally accepted service of the divorce papers, acknowledging the legal proceedings.
