After firing outside Rohit Shetty’s house in Mumbai and Ranveer Singh receiving a WhatsApp voice note for extortion, Salman Khan’s close relative has received a threat via e-mail. As per the reports, the person who sent the email has demanded money and has claimed to be associated with the Bhishnoi gang.
Salman Khan’s close relative receives threat
According to the Aaj Tak Hindi report, a close relative of Salman Khan has received an extortion threat through an email. Reportedly, the one who received the email also works in the film industry as an actor. A demand of crores of rupees was made through electronic mail. The report further stated that the close relative of Khan has not filed any formal complaint with the police station in the matter. The cops are keeping a close eye on the matter.
Ranveer Singh receives a voice note
According to the reports, Ranveer Singh received a voice note on WhatsApp in which a demand of Rs 10 crore was made to him. Soon, the matter went to the Mumbai Police, and since then, security of the actor has been beefed up. The cops are investigating the matter to locate the person who sent the note. For the uninitiated, Arju Bishnoi had dropped a social media post after gunshots were fired outside Rohit Shetty’s house, claiming that multiple messages were sent to several actors of Bollywood, and Singh was one of them.
Controversy over new security at Ranveer Singh’s building
Mumbai Police reportedly deployed six security personnel at Ranveer Singh’s Beau Monde Society in Worli. However, a complaint was filed at the Dadar Police Station, stating that the security was stationed in the building without the society’s permission. People expressed concern after seeing armed guards in the common areas of the society. The members of the complex have demanded an official clarification on the matter from Dadar Police Station. Meanwhile, the authorities are now looking into the matter.
