These days, Rajpal Yadav is the talk of the town. The actor who is known for always making people laugh with his incredible comic timing in several movies, is unfortunately going through a bad phase. He’s been arrested in several cheque bounce cases and is under a debt of Rs 9 crore. Amid this, his manager recently claimed that several big names from the industry have stepped forward to support him. Now, actor Govind Namdev’s statement on the issue has surfaced and is rapidly going viral. He spoke candidly about the reality of Bollywood, suggesting that people in the industry often do not stand by someone during tough times. A video shared by media platform ‘The Lallantop’ has been widely circulated on social media. In the clip, a journalist asks Govind Namdev about claims made earlier by several stars that Rajpal Yadav had supported them during their bad days—people would eat at his home and even stay there. The journalist then questioned whether the same industry has now distanced itself from Rajpal during his crisis.
Responding to the question, Govind Namdev said he has consistently observed that when someone in Bollywood faces such hardships, people rarely come forward openly in support. He stated that this is a reality and is likely to continue in the future as well. According to him, even in extremely difficult circumstances, many choose to maintain distance, driven by their mindset and personal values. He can be heard saying, “Maine dekha hai ke Bollywood mein jab is Tarah ki ghanta hoti hai tab log sath nahi dete. Aisa hi hota aaya hai aur hota rahega aage bhi. Uske peeche soch hoti hai, sanskar hota hai. Jismein sanskar nahi hai madad karne ke, woh nai karne ke. Yahan ki hawaa unko aisa banaa deti hai. Bohot unfortunate hai yeh. Rajpal ke saath jo bhi hua main saakshi hu. Woh anaayaas hi bure waqt mein phase. Bohot pyara insaan hai. Aage ki life aur behtar hogi unki aisa main manta hu.”See More: Rajpal Yadav Bail Hearing LIVE Updates: Court says Rajpal Yadav failed to comply with order, actor moves interim bail plea; hearing to resume at 2:30 pmNamdev further said that it is painful to see a good human being like Rajpal Yadav trapped in such trouble.
