Short clips and photos show Henry Cavill preparing for an action beat on a motorcycle, with fake blood visible on his head. The images quickly spread across social platforms, giving fans one of their clearest looks yet at the long-developing remake.

Entertainment, the footage began circulating on February 16, when users shared a video labeled “Henry Cavill Filming ‘Highlander’ on Motorbike.” A day earlier, another post featured a still image captioned, “A Blood-soaked Henry Cavill on ‘Highlander’!” Someone else chimed in with, “Here? Or Here?” One reply added, “I wonder if he’s spotted you yet.”Chad Stahelski has directed the project for several weeks. Cavill plays Connor MacLeod, the immortal warrior at the center of the story. Other photos from the set show him with blood running down his face as he moves toward the bike.Dave Bautista has also appeared in promotional imagery for the production. He is set to portray the Kurgan, MacLeod’s brutal rival.

Moritz serve as producers.An official synopsis cites, “Centuries after his first death on a Scottish battlefield, immortal warrior Connor MacLeod lives quietly in the modern world.” The core rule remains firm. “There can be only one.”The original 1986 film launched sequels and a television run, and this new version aims to start a fresh chapter with Cavill in the lead.
