Property documents reviewed by Zapkey peg the value at around Rs 2.78 crore. This development comes amid the hospitalization of Khan’s father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan at Lilavati Hospital due to a minor brain hemorrhage. Recent reports suggest the screenwriter is stable and on ventilator support.

Reportedly, the deal was logged on February 17, 2026, incurring more than Rs. 16 lakh in stamp duty in addition to Rs. 30,000 for registration. Construction on the building is ongoing, and buyers can expect to take possession of the apartment by December 2030.
