‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ plot summary
Directed by Aditya Dhar, the sequel follows the ascent of Ranveer Singh’s character, Hamza Ali Mazari, as Sher-e-Baloch and the unchallenged ruler of Lyari. ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ also charts his transformation from Jaskirat Singh Rangi to Hamza, a spy sneaking into Pakistan to retaliate against terrorist attacks on the nation.
Joining Ranveer is the returning ensemble, featuring Arjun Rampal as ISI Major Iqbal, R Madhavan as IB Director Ajay Sanyal (modeled after Ajit Doval), Sanjay Dutt as Sindh Police’s Lyari Task Force SP Chaudhary Aslam, and Sara Arjun.
