According to a report by 123Telugu, ‘Irumudi’ will be released on the OTT giant Netflix for its digital streaming. As per the reports the film is expected to premiere on the streaming platform on September 18, 2026, in multiple languages. However, it is imperative to mention that the makers or the streaming platform is yet to officially confirm the OTT release date. An official announcement regarding the premiere date and language availability is expected soon.

Speaking of the film, directed by Shiva Nirvana, the family drama is about Ravi Teja’s character, who plays the father who undertakes a sacred Ayyappa Deeksha at his young daughter’s request.Upon its release, the film received positive word of mouth especially among Ravi Teja fans, who praised the actor’s performance and celebrated his return to the big screen.

The film is also currently the third highest-grossing Telugu film of 2026, according to the reported figures.Made on an estimated Rs 40 crore budget, Irumudi has delivered a huge return compared with its production cost. According to trade analyst Sacnilk, the film recorded a total India gross collections to Rs. 198.65 crore with the worldwide gross collection to Rs. 220.85 crore as of Day 19. The numbers are expected to rise further in the coming days.
