Anupriya Nagar denies confirming Akshay Kumar
Fans quickly picked up the comment on social media, and some took it as a hint that Akshay Kumar could feature in ‘Hanuman Ansh 2’. Anupriya Nagar has now made it clear that she confirmed nothing. Speaking to the Hindustan Times, she said, “I have not said anything regarding Akshay Kumar in part 2. It’s false,” she clarified in her latest interaction.
Producer offers help to singer behind viral song
Anupriya Nagar has also offered to help visually impaired singer Suneel Lodhi with his eye treatment after his song from the film gained attention. Lodhi, a Bundeli singer, sang ‘Maine Tere Hi Bharose’ in Vishal Chaturvedi’s film, and the track has found a strong audience online. Nagar said his contribution to the film prompted her to step in. She has been booking his consultation appointments in Mumbai, while the Madhya Pradesh government has also come forward to support his treatment.She explained that more than one party is involved. “I book consultation appointments for Suneel ji in Mumbai, after showing the intent and interest to treat his eyes. However, the Madhya Pradesh government has gone ahead and helped in his treatment. It’s been a joint effort,” she shared.
‘Hanuman Ansh’ crosses Rs 400 crore worldwide
The film continues to do well at the box office nearly two months after release. It has earned Rs 312 crore in India and Rs 404.25 crore worldwide. Made on a reported budget of around Rs 2 crore, it has collected almost 200 times its cost.Directed by Vishal Chaturvedi, ‘Hanuman Ansh’ is based on the life of spiritual guru Neem Karoli Baba and stars Shobhinaw Satyaa and Chandan Anand in pivotal roles.
