The enquiry form collects the name, email address, subject and message you enter. We use these details to review and respond to requests, discuss services and handle corrections or submissions.

How enquiries are stored

Form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database. Notification emails are configured to contact@onlinechhattisgarh.com. The website and email providers may process information to operate these services.

Technical information

Hosting and website services may process technical records such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs for operation and security. WordPress may use cookies for sign-in and other essential functions.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand visits and interactions such as page views, downloads and form completions. Google may process technical device and usage information and use analytics cookies. Do not enter sensitive information in the enquiry form. Learn about Google’s data practices at Google Privacy Policy and available controls at Google Analytics opt-out. AdSense approval is pending; Google advertising is not enabled for this launch.

Cookies and your choices

Necessary cookies support sign-in, security and remembering your cookie choices. Complianz stores consent preferences in cookies with names beginning cmplz_, normally for up to 365 days. Optional statistics cookies help Google Analytics understand visits and interactions. Google Analytics cookies may include _ga and _ga_* and may remain for up to two years, depending on Google settings.

Choose Accept optional, Reject optional or View preferences in the banner. You can reopen Cookie settings on any page to change or withdraw your choice. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry. You can also delete existing cookies in your browser; doing so may reset your preferences.

Google Consent Mode communicates your choice to Google. When analytics storage is denied, Google may receive limited cookieless signals for aggregated measurement. We do not enable AdSense advertising at this stage. Cookie details will be updated when services change.

Publication

Sending a message does not automatically publish its contents. A business or event submission should clearly identify which contact details you authorise for public display.

Retention and requests

Enquiries are retained for responding to requests and managing related work. To request access, correction or deletion, contact contact@onlinechhattisgarh.com. Relevant records may need to be retained where required for an ongoing service or legal obligation.

Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Avoid sending sensitive documents, passwords or payment details through our general contact form.
