‘The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond’ has been going steady at the box office since its release in theaters. The movie, currently in its second week, has failed to live up to the box office performance of its predecessor, ‘The Kerala Story’, which went on to score over Rs 300 crore worldwide.

As per a report on Sacnilk, the movie raked in Rs 1.59 crore at the box office on Day 13 (second Wednesday). With this, the film witnessed a sharp decline in its numbers, while sluggishly making its way to the Rs 40 crore net mark. The film’s total net collections currently stands at an estimated Rs 38.64 crore in India. Meanwhile, the gross earnings of the movie stand at Rs 45.12 crore.
