Tabu has added a new property to her real estate portfolio, purchasing an apartment in Mumbai’s Versova for Rs 10 crore. The transaction, involving a unit in Godrej Skyshore, was carried out with Godrej Properties, as per documents accessed by Liases Foras.The apartment spans around 2,153 sq ft and comes with a balcony measuring approximately 127 sq ft. The registration was completed on March 26, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 5.24 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 paid as part of the deal.
Part of a premium twin-tower development
As per the documents, the purchase also includes two car parking spaces. The Godrej Skyshore project is spread across over 27,000 sq ft and will feature two towers—Tower A and Tower B—rising up to 24 floors, along with five basement levels and a ground floor.The development is set to comprise 126 residential units, making it a relatively exclusive project in the Versova neighbourhood.
