The first season of the ‘Yellowstone’ spin-off ‘Marshals’ has concluded its run; however, the show ended on a more emotional note than expected. It was later revealed that the first season was dedicated to one of the behind-the-scenes crew members, Lenny Hancock, who had recently passed away.
‘Marshals’ dedicated to Lenny Hancock
The final episode for ‘Marshals’ rolled out on May 24, and through all of the twists and turns, fans also noted that the season ended with a dedication card for one of their own.The card read, “In loving memory of Leonard ‘Lenny’ E. Hancock Jr.,” revealing that the entirety of the first season has been dedicated to Hancock, who was a loving member of the crew and passed away in December last year at the age of 54. IMDB reported that Hancock used to work as a prop master on the sets of ‘Marshals.’It was the Arizona Family reported that Hancock passed away in an accident after he was ejected from the UTV he had been driving, which he had lost control of, according to authorities. He was found on December 23 last year. A funding page was set up by his son, Aidan Hancock, who is only 17 years old.On the funding appeal, he wrote “Earlier this year, I lost my father, who was not only my biggest supporter but also the foundation behind my racing journey. While his passing has been deeply challenging, it has strengthened my resolve to continue pursuing the dream we built together and to honor his legacy through my efforts on and off the track.”Hancock had previously worked on shows like ‘SEAL Team’, ‘CSI: Cyber’ and ‘CSI: NY’ to name a few.
