Siju Wilson‘s latest psychological thriller, ‘Dose,’ is preparing for its digital release. The Malayalam film is directed by Abhilash R. Nair and revolves around a doctor whose life changes after he notices a series of mysterious deaths inside the hospital where he works. As the unexplained incidents continue, he begins investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatalities.

The film will begin streaming on Prime Video through Lionsgate Play, AP International, and ManoramaMAX from July 10, 2026. Sharing the release update, the makers unveiled a tagline. It read, “One suspicious death. A web of lies. When the hospital becomes a crime scene, survival is the only cure.”
Cast and technical team behind the film
Siju Wilson leads the cast of ‘Dose’. He is joined by Ashwin Kumar, Drishya Reghunath, Krisha Kurup and Jagadish in key roles. The film was written and directed by Abhilash R. Nair.Gopi Sundar composed the music and background score, while Vishnuprasad M. handled the cinematography.Originally released in theatres on May 22 this year, ‘Dose’ will now be available on OTT in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.
‘Mollywood Times’ continues to attract attention
Another Malayalam film is continuing to generate conversations online. Naslen’s Mollywood Times is currently streaming on Hotstar and has received positive responses from viewers.The film recently caught the attention of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who shared his appreciation after watching it.Anurag Kashyap expressed his admiration for Mollywood Times through a detailed online review which read, “A post Internet/social media’s cinephile filmmaker’s wet dream is this film. A lot of truth and a lot of idealism. The articulation of it all from the filmmaker that Abhinav Sunder Nayak is only going to get sharper with time. This is how it all is but the wee bit of romanticism of it all is what we wish. Loved the film.“On the other hand, Siju Wilson’s previous superhit film in a lead role was ‘Pathonpatham Noottandu’.
