The fashion designer, who has worked with Zendaya for quite some time, talked about the couple at a recent premiere event. When asked about the possibility of a more public wedding event, Roach quickly squashed any rumours.

The famous fashion designer recently attended a premiere event for Zendaya and Tom Holland’s upcoming film ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ in Los Angeles. While talking to Complex about the couple’s secretive nuptials, he clarified that there will be no second event specially held for the public.When asked about the same, he quickly shut down the speculations and added that the rumor was “definitely not true.” He also shared, “I don’t think so. I think that people should congratulate them. It’s two young, beautiful, successful people that are in love, and they had a private wedding, and they got away with it.”Roach further said that people should respect the couple’s privacy and instead simply congratulate them rather than expecting something more. “And I think people should just, you know, congratulate them. And if these are two people that you look up to or that you love their work, just celebrate them being together and happy”, he mentioned.

Roach teased the news of the wedding in March while talking to Access Hollywood at the 2026 Actor Awards. At the time, he had stated that “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.” Law Roach has been Zendaya’s stylist since 2011, and the two of them have gotten close while working together for so long. Following the news, ‘The Drama’ actress had worn a brand new ring, which many pointed out was a wedding band, while walking down the red carpet at the Oscar Awards earlier this year.

The actress also addressed the same while talking on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’, sharing that the photos were not true, though they had managed to fool her friends, family members, and other relatives, who had contacted her about the same. In June, while talking to Esquire, Holland subtly confirmed that the two had tied the knot already when he was asked about the AI photo fiasco. The actor had simply commented at the time that his family members were not fooled by the images because “they were all there.”The couple are known to keep things private and have not shared many details about the relationship ever since they were first linked together. In April, while starring as a guest on The New York Times’ ‘Modern Love’ podcast, the actress had further talked about how she wishes to remain as private as possible about her relationship and all aspects of her private life. She stated during the podcast episode that, “I just feel like for me there is a level of parasocial investment in my personal relationship, which I understand.
