According to the hospital, the patient was brought to the emergency department in a critical condition and was immediately resuscitated before being shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

NEW DELHI: The 21-year-old woman who was critically injured during a protest over the NEET examination in Delhi on July 20 was discharged from Dr Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital on Thursday after making a satisfactory recovery following 10 days of treatment.According to medical records, Sakshi had sustained grievous injuries, including head, chest and abdominal trauma. She also suffered swelling and congestion of the face with a bluish tinge, multiple contusions on both shoulders, the upper chest and the right thigh, and a patterned abrasion on the left forearm suspected to be consistent with a shoe-sole mark.
