Chiranjeevi’s ‘Mega158’ moves ahead with Hyderabad schedule

The film’s production has been progressing through multiple schedules. The second schedule began in Hyderabad on June 22 after the team completed its first schedule in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. Chiranjeevi and the principal cast participated in the Pollachi schedule, where several important portions were filmed. Anaswara Rajan and Nivetha Pethuraj are playing key roles in the project. The latest progress suggests that the makers are moving quickly with production as they target a Sankranthi 2027 release. Chiranjeevi has also been working on his physical preparation for the role; a recent gym video showed the actor training hard for his new appearance.

Mega158 marks the second collaboration between Chiranjeevi and Bobby Kolli after Waltair Veerayya. Thaman is composing the music, while Vijay Karthik Kannan is handling the cinematography. Kolla Avinash is responsible for production design and Antony Ruben is editing the film.
