Punjab: MMSY beneficiaries get post-discharge calls from 104 health helpline

NEW DELHI: Beneficiaries treated under Punjab’s Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana (MMSY) are receiving follow-up calls from the state’s 104 Health Helpline after discharge, with officials seeking feedback on their health, medicines and treatment experience.Hardev Singh from Mansa, who underwent orthopaedic treatment at DH Bathinda, said he received cashless treatment under the scheme and was later contacted by the 104 helpline. The team enquired about his treatment, current health, any problems he had faced and whether he had received the prescribed medicines after discharge.
