‘Sigma’, the directorial debut of Jason Sanjay, has collected Rs 6.11 crore after just its debut weekend in theatres.The film recorded an estimated collection of Rs 76 lakhs on its first Monday, from a total of 1,520 shows across India, as per a report on Sacnilk. Its India gross collection currently stands at Rs 7 crore.

Monday collection drops to Rs 76 lakhs

‘Sigma’ began its theatrical journey with Rs 2.35 crore on October 2. The film recorded 31.1% occupancy across 1,813 shows on its opening day. The collection fell to Rs 1.50 crore on Saturday. Day 2 saw the film register 22.6% occupancy from 1,802 shows. Sunday brought another Rs 1.50 crore to the film’s India net total from a recorded 23.6% occupancy across 1,753 shows.

Tamil and Telugu versions record Day 4 collections

The Tamil version contributed Rs 33 lakh to the India net total on Monday. It recorded 17% occupancy across 724 shows. The Telugu version earned Rs 43 lakh from 796 shows, while its overall occupancy stood at 18%.

Sundeep Kishan leads the cast as Guru

Sundeep Kishan plays Guru, a man trying to keep a struggling library running while dealing with a large debt. He owes money to a local gangster and looks for a way to settle the amount.
