Housing 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with a floor plan spanning across 3400 square feet, this home of hers was built all the way back in 1933.

The actress had an interview with The Associated Press in 2018, where she had talked about how she wished to buy back her parents’ house. Years after her first real estate purchase, she was able to buy the house back for her family. While not many details are known about the house, she revealed why and how she came to buy the property while featuring on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show.’ While talking to the host, she revealed, “My great-grandma had this beautiful house, it’s a two-bedroom, cute house that they lived in,” she said. “My grandma was born in it, my mom was born in it, and then as the kids got older, they built on the property another home. Last year, I called up the owners, and I said, ‘I want to buy my great-grandma’s house back.’”

The ‘Everything Sucks!’ star’s Bel-Air estate

Sweeney owns another property amongst the lush greens of Bel-Air. She bought the estate for around USD 6.2 million in 2023, and it spans across 4,477 square feet. The mansion itself is spread across around 1.25 acres of land. The property has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with a private pool area as well as a separate guest house.

The famed actress, a year later purchased and invested in a brand new Florida mansion. More expensive than the previous mansion, she bought it for a whopping USD 13.5 million. It is one of her latest additions to her real estate portfolio, and has around six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Not only that, but it is an oceanfront property, and even has a 330-gallon water tank aquarium.
