Taylor Frankie Paul gets the right to be with her son for a longer duration

Previously, Paul was allowed supervised visitation up to eight hours per week, before updating to twelve hours in May. According to the new arrangement, the media personality will follow Utah’s minimum parent-time provision, per USA Today. She can spend time with Ever overnight every other weekend and one midday weekday, not overnight. However, Mortensen remains the custodial parent for holiday parent time.The judge has also shared comments on the restraining order between Paul and Mortensen, which prohibits them from making disparaging remarks and being within a minimum of 100 meters away from each other. The protection order has been extended for three years. Initially, Taylor Frankie Paul lost her access to her son after Dakota had filed a protective order against her, citing repeated abusive behavior.
