Earlier, on June 22, the Nampally Criminal Court had postponed the hearing to July 6 after some of the accused failed to appear before the Magistrate. During that hearing, Allu Arjun did not appear virtually, and his lawyer submitted an absence petition on his behalf.
Police filed chargesheet
The Chikkadpally Police named Allu Arjun as Accused No. 11 in the case. The management of Sandhya Theatre has been listed as Accused Nos. 1 to 10. The Nampally Court issued summons to 19 accused persons. Police also filed a chargesheet against 23 people in connection with the incident. Following the tragedy, financial support was announced for the victim’s family. Film producer Allu Aravind said that Rs 2 crore would be given to help the family of Revathi.
