Tom Holland‘s ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ is setting cash counters ringing days before its theatrical release this weekend. The superhero film that is reportedly set to create new records at the Indian box office has reportedly registered a good advance booking across India, thus setting itself up as one of the most anticipated Hollywood releases of 2026.With three days still to go before its release, the film has reportedly amassed an estimated Rs 25 crore gross through opening-day advance bookings alone, states a report on Bollywood Hungama. According to early estimates, the film has sold approximately 2.60 lakh tickets across India’s top three national multiplex chains and is set to cross the 4 lakh ticket mark before it hits theatres.

‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ opening-day pre-sales

The superhero spectacle has exceeded trade expectations, with advance bookings pointing towards a historic opening. Trade estimates suggest the film’s final opening-day pre-sales could touch Rs 35 crore gross. This will set it on course to hit the Rs 50 crore mark on its opening day.As per Sacnilk, the film is said to be tracking a Rs 50-60 crore opening. If it manages to hit the mark, it could pose as a significant contender to ‘Avengers: Endgame’, which earned an estimated Rs 65 crore opening in India.

‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ ticket prices

The film’s advance booking momentum comes despite the ticket pricing of around Rs 300, while select premium formats have climbed significantly higher. In some locations, prices have even crossed the four-digit mark. Although higher than usual, the film’s ticket pricing will be lower than those for ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.

‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ to score USD 500 million opening

As per reports, the popularity of the ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ trailer has also helped boost ticket sales globally. The film is currently tracking a massive opening of over USD 212 million to USD 255 million at the domestic box office and a worldwide debut around USD 550 million, ahead of its July 31, 2026 release.
