Lokesh wanted to follow his dream of making films even though he had a stable job. He decided to take the risk and start his journey as a filmmaker. After Lokesh quit his job, his wife Aishwarya took responsibility for supporting the family. She became the family’s breadwinner while Lokesh worked towards his dream. Aishwarya also returned to work just a few months after giving birth to their first daughter. She continued working and supported Lokesh while he tried to build his career in the film industry.Lokesh eventually became a well-known name in Tamil cinema. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music.The film has received a positive response from audiences. According to Sacnilk estimates, DC earned Rs 4.10 crore net in India on its opening day. It recorded the collection across 3,504 shows, while its India gross collection stood at Rs 4.70 crore. Additionally, Lokesh Kanagaraj is also preparing for his next big project with Allu Arjun. The upcoming action drama is tentatively titled ‘AA23’.
