Tony Randall, the ‘Lover Come Back’ actor, was married to his high school sweetheart, Florence Gibbs, from 1938 to 1992 till her demise. He tied the knot three years later with 25-year-old Heather Harlan, and welcomed two kids, Julia and Jefferson. “Since he couldn’t have kids with his first wife, he desperately wanted them, so he was an incredibly loving father,” Harlan said during a conversation with Marie Claire in 2008, and added, “And a great provider, his children have everything they will ever need.” He passed away in 2004 when the kids were aged 6 and 7, after becoming a father for the first time at the age of 78.
