Aamir Khan was spotted outside a Mumbai pet clinic on Saturday alongside his former wife Kiran Rao and their 14-year-old son, Azad Rao Khan. A video of the family leaving the clinic has surfaced online, showing Azad appearing emotional while Aamir carries what looks like a pet carrier. The sighting has sparked concern and speculation among social media users. However, neither Aamir nor Kiran has disclosed the reason behind their visit or shared any update regarding their pet.In the video circulating online, Aamir and Kiran are seen accompanying Azad as they leave the clinic. Azad appears to be crying, while both Aamir and Kiran look concerned. Aamir can also be seen carrying a carrier that appears to contain a pet.The emotional visuals prompted several social media users to speculate that one of the family’s pets may be unwell.“His pet dog or cat is not well, I guess,” one person commented. Another wrote, “Might be some pet lost its life. Sad.”A third user also wondered whether the family had lost a pet, linking the possibility to Azad’s emotional appearance. There has been no confirmation of any such development, though. Aamir and Kiran have not commented on their visit to the clinic, nor have they announced that any of their pets has died. At present, the claims circulating online are based solely on the video and remain unverified. The family’s outing comes soon after the theatrical release of Aamir’s latest production, ‘Batwara 1947’. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the Partition-era drama features Sunny Deol in the lead and also stars Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, Karan Deol and Abhimanyu Singh. The film received mixed-to-positive reviews but had a relatively modest opening at the box office, earning Rs 5.75 crore on its first day. Its weekend collections are expected to determine whether it gains momentum after the initial response. Meanwhile, Aamir is yet to make an official announcement about his next project as a lead actor. Reports have linked him to a film reportedly titled ‘Lalkaara’.The reported project is said to be based on the historic 1952 India-Pakistan Test series, with Aamir rumoured to play legendary Indian cricketer Lala Amarnath. However, an official confirmation about the film is still awaited.
