Neeraj Madhav and Althaf Salim‘s ‘Pluto’ was released in theatres on July 30. It combines science fiction with comedy and emotional elements. However ‘Pluto’ received mixed responses during its theatrical run and did not achieve a significant box-office impact.According to the latest updates the sci-fi comedy is set to make its digital debut after its theatrical release. Viewers who missed the theatrical run can watch the Neeraj Madhav-starrer on Saina Play from August 24.

‘Pluto’ follows Vicky, a young man whose life takes an unexpected turn after he encounters a stranded alien. Neeraj Madhav plays the central character in the movie.Vicky’s meeting with Pluto becomes the starting point for an unusual relationship. The alien’s arrival brings a series of complications into his life. What initially appears to be a strange encounter eventually develops into an unexpected friendship.The story uses the bond between Vicky and Pluto as its central narrative just like what we have seen in films like ‘E.T’ or even the Hindi film ‘Koi Mil Gaya’.
‘Pluto’ offers a different alien story
The movie approaches its alien character differently from conventional science-fiction stories. Pluto is not presented as an invincible or larger-than-life extraterrestrial figure.Instead, the character is portrayed as an outsider dealing with unfamiliar circumstances. Vicky also finds himself struggling with his own situation.
